A place to begin or deepen your practice
Whether you are exploring this path for the first time or returning to renew your practice, you are welcome. Dharmadas teaches step by step, helping you understand the techniques and bring them into daily life.
Babaji’s Kriya Yoga brings together the body, breath, mind, and heart. Through regular practice, you can explore greater awareness, inner peace, and a deeper connection with your Self.
What you will learn
The weekend introduces Kriya Kundalini Pranayama in six phases, seven meditation techniques, and eighteen Hatha Yoga postures. A sacred initiation ceremony includes an invocation mantra connecting you with the grace of Kriya Babaji and your own Inner Guru.
You will receive a practical structure for continuing at home. Instruction includes time to practice each step, ask questions, and understand how the techniques work together.
Guidance beyond the weekend
Dharmadas is here to support you as your practice develops. You can message him with questions, and you are welcome to join guided practice sessions on Zoom six days a week at no cost.
